JOB SCOPE

• Assist the team lead, manager to support the iSeries Operation Services.
• Support and/or lead operations activities in meeting the Operational requirement, OLA, SLA.
• Develop and update of Standard Operational Procedure, Operation Procedures, runbook.
• Pro-active monitoring and maintenance of multiple iSeries servers and applications.
• Provide iSeries support to IT stake holder, Project support and business user.
• Timely report / escalation of system, application, and operation issue to the team lead and/or manager.
• Ensure all System Backup activities are completed successfully.
• Follow up on opened/escalated issues to ensure timely and proper closure and to avoid recurrence.
• Ensure system disaster recovery readiness and successful execution of DR testing.
• Check and maintain the High Availability system environment according to Operation guide.
• Support risk and security & vulnerability remediation for iSeries in compliance to the security best practices, guideline.
• Support third party software, ensure they are updated according to the support lifecycle.
• Responsible for Firmware and OS upgrades, Performance Tuning, Monitoring of Capacity Utilisation and threshold alerts, input on Capacity Planning, PTF installation.
• Work with vendors on iSeries support matters, lifecycle upgrade.
• Support application releases/upgrade activities.
• Perform off office-hour support & standby duty to support 24x7 business operation including weekends and holidays as required.
• Any other assigned duty from the team lead/manager.

• Identify requirements and features for semiconductor equipment and create concepts and architecture of new equipment.
• Design mechanical systems which involve the selection and use of motors, actuators, gear drives, pumps, and valves.
• Responsible for design verification and validation testing to ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations and product requirements.
• Create a detailed Mechanical drawing and apply analysis tools like Fish Bone Diagram and FMEA.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in Die Sorter.
• Familiar with 3D CAD software.

The Storage Engineer must be a certified Storage (SAN) and Backup Administrator in administration and troubleshooting, in a 24x7 enterprise setting (inclusive of manual discovery or post actions from automatic alerts). The Engineer will be expected to cover level 2 and level 3 storage related problems and must be an experienced administrator in the following technologies:

Responsibilities:

• Provide Installation, administration and maintenance support for Storage Area Network and Enterprise Backup.

• Integrate the storage solution’s hardware and software into the customer’s operating environment and ensure full interoperability.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of the storage solution is in place.
• Prepare test plan in consultation with the customer to ensure the solution can function fully. Enterprise Backup.
• Administration and management of Symantec backup environment.
• Backup job configuration and scheduling.

• Troubleshoot any backup related.

• Perform Disaster Recovery (DR) for all the critical systems and ensure successful rebuilt of Production or DR servers after each DR should the need arise.

Requirements:
