Requirement:

• Minimum 18 years of relevant working experience in / Ergonomics / Occupational / Process Safety engineering in the oil and gas sector for a bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Environmental / Mechanical Engineering and five or more years' experience in application of HFE within high-hazard industries, including at least two years' experience in the energy sector
• Appropriate degree level qualification in HF/ergonomics/applied psychology or other relevant degree, or equivalent occupational qualification

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing, planning, and implementing the best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness based on WSH act/regulations by Government.
• Assess the company’s HSSE Management System to identify any deviation, weakness or significant change in organization, risk control measures and provide recommendation for improvement.
• Conduct or coordinate In-House Training Program, Safety Promotions or other safety-related activities for all Staff.

Job Description

• Support Project Manager on day-to-day QAQC matters and preparation of QAQC reports
• Manage the submission of QAQC documentation for consultant approval.
• Maintain QAQC records and ensure all project documentation are kept in compliance with the QMS
• Conduct audit in compliance with the QMS and contribute to system improvement.
• Manage test schedule for RE/RTO witnessing and ensure compliance to project test requirements.
• Conduct inspections to in-progress / completed works and ensure Works are in accordance to project specification and approved construction drawings
• Raise report of any non-conformances and carry out root cause analysis.
• Manage and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and process improvement.

• Handover completed activities/project with signed-off document.

Job Requirements

• AWS / CSWIP Certified Welding Inspector
• Extensive experience in a quality assurance environment required

• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of M&E systems for construction projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in M&E design and engineering, preferably in the construction or design industry.
• Experience in managing and leading a team of engineers.
