To supervise the construction of bored tunnel structures in compliance with the requirements of the BCA ACT & Regulation, and to the requirement of the contracts with the client. Lead a team of Resident Technical Officer in the supervision works. Minimum 3 years of supervision experience in civil engineering projects. Job Scope:

• Responsible for all preventive and corrective support functions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide technical support to customers to ensure consumer needs are met
• Report issues and customer feedbacks to regional support team
• Review and maintain spare parts in own c-location needed to support local operations
• Adhere to procedures and processes to ensure department’s KPI are met
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Biomedical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering or relevant fields from a recognized institution
• Preferably with 3 years of relevant experience in IVD market or in technical support / field service experience handling biomedical equipment or related medical products
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and trouble shooting skills

Job Description:

• Perform engine repair work, engine testing, engine commissioning, and troubleshooting for power generation engines (both land-based and marine) and main propulsion engines.
• Conduct mechanical repair and troubleshooting tasks for equipment such as MHI Deck cranes, Mooring Winches, Kamome Propellers, Thrusters, and Kawasaki Thrusters.
• Generate service reports detailing findings and recommendations as necessary.
• Offer technical support to site engineers as required.
• Provide technical assistance to customers when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to read and understand basic mechanical diagrams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in Japanese is essential as the role involves direct communication with Japanese clients, ensuring effective and accurate exchange of information.

• Capability to work outdoors and onboard vessels and stations located overseas.
