As a Sr. Manager in the engineering team (Developers & Functional Testers), you will be reporting to the Engineering Sr Director who is the CT&C ART Technical Business Owner. Your focus will be to oversee the day-to-day activities of a team roughly of size 6 to start with, who will report directly to you.
