• Provide technical support and expertise.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform on-site inspections and assessments.
• Collaborate with customers to develop and implement solutions to technical problems.
• Conduct testing, calibration, and maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Create and maintain documentation, including technical manuals and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide training and guidance to technicians and junior engineers.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards such as ISO standards, WSH regulations and Safety Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Prior knowledge of hydraulics systems, electrical systems and pneumatics is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize mechatronic systems (sub-assemblies, assemblies) based on specified requirements.
• Design product related and conduct research, effort and product cost estimation, and risk assessment to meet specifications.
• Adhere to design to cost principles across all aspects of the project.
• Generate 3D modules and BOMs, including 2D drawings.
• Compliance with safety standards and international machine product standards.
• Provide engineering change requests and implement design modifications.
• Coordinate projects and collaborate with cross-functional team.
• Prepare technical reports and provide support to operations and technical teams.
• Other ad hoc task duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience in the Automation or Equipment Industry.
• Proficiency in CAD Software and analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in equipment design.
