You will be responsible for designing and deployment of natural language processing (NLP) and large language model (LLM) for innovation products and development.

Your new role

As a Senior AI Engineer in the engineering team, you will be responsible for:

• Design and deployment of NLP and LLM solution for innovative products, work closely with global teams for AI solutions, maintain industry trend & knowledge
• Refine machine learning models to meet industry standards for scalability and effectiveness.
• Work with advanced machine learning models, focus large language model like GPT
• Conduct research and development projects within AI that align with our strategic objective
• Experience in end-to-end development/deployment of machine learning models in production using PyTorch or Tensorflow, with good understanding of DevOps best practices will be an advantage.

• What you'll need to succeed
• Degree holder in Computer Science, AI/ Machine Learning or a related field.
• 3 -5 years experience in AI/ AML / NLP/ LLM , experience in applying these technologies into commercial projects.
• Experience in fine-tuning large language model, coding experience with Python, use of TensorFlow, PyTorch and other machine learnging Frameworks.
• Knowledgable with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud)
• Proven experience in handling project delivery in a multicultural environment, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and work with cross function teams

Job Scope:

• Manage operations for oily wastewater treatment, liquid waste transfer, and flammable liquid storage.
• Review and improve operational processes regularly, collaborating with facility PSM for execution.
• Assist Operations Directors in monitoring safe flow and backlog of TIW waste by coordinating with various departments.

Create and prepare SMT placement programs based on CAD data / machine data available. Coordinate with suppliers in fabricating of solder paste stencil making and testing. Responsibilities:

• Programming of all SMT devices mounting data XY co-ordinates.

• Optimizing / balance the loading of each SMT machine placement to reduce machine placement loss time.
• Troubleshooting of SMT machines.
• Plan and conduct periodic preventive maintenance of all SMT equipment and machines.
• Conduct process improvement base of New Production System (NYPS) concepts, on Quality, in-time delivery to the next process and at a competitive cost.
• Participate in companywide improvement programs, such as small group activities (QC Circle) and Production enhancement through New Production System (NYPS).
• Ensure all work standard performance based on Organization accreditation requirement. ISO9001 QMS, ISO14001 EMS, AS9100 Aerospace Management System (ASM) and ISO45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
• Provides timely support to SMT line and ensure problems are solved.
• Recommend improvement to SMT line and machines for quality output and better yield.
• Provide proper training to operators on machine operation and new procedures adapted.
• Evaluate and check with vendors on SMT jigs, cassettes, equipment, materials & etc.
• Ensure proper programming of data for SMT machines.
• Optimize the SMT Machine placement to achieve the highest output.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/ Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent.
• Prefer 1-2 years of relevant experience in SMT Machine.
• Able to travel to Batam plant when necessary.
