Job Summary:As a Deskside Engineer, you will be responsible for providing 2nd level helpdesk and onsite support to users and VIPs, ensuring seamless operation of desktops, notebooks, mobile devices, peripherals, video conferencing, and audio-conferencing equipment. You will be tasked with updating software patches and delivering prompt and efficient IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and Desk-side Break Fix support to end user devices in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by location. This role requires excellent technical skills, general IT knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd level helpdesk and onsite support to users and VIPs for desktops, notebooks, mobile devices, peripherals, video conferencing, and audio-conferencing equipment.
• Ensure timely updating of software patches and maintain devices at optimal performance.
• Deliver IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and Desk-side Break Fix support for end user devices and peripherals, adhering to SLAs by location.

They drive AWS application-specific requirements in carrying out both lifecycle environmental and operational stress driven risk analysis, including thermal, electrical, chemical and mechanical stresses so to identify overstress and fatigue-related product weaknesses.
