With reference to the Managing Director of AGRAMKOW Asia Pacific PTE LTD, you will become responsible for identifying customers’ needs and converting them into business opportunities. You are able to translate and explain technical information of AGRAMKOW process and software solutions to customers. Furthermore, you will stay abreast of the latest developments and breakthroughs, and pass this vital knowledge on to others.

You will be responsible for Account Management within AGRAMKOW CRM system, you must identify the potential competitors and local demands in the APAC region. Your market knowledge will be fundamental to reach the sales target.

Your focused work on prospecting, where your commercial mindset with a technical flair is demanded, for selling AGRAMKOW process and software solution, and services, will lead you to success in terms of highly satisfied customers.

Technical skills and Experience

You have a relevant technical education, such as a Technical Engineer with an equivalent BSc in Engineering or similar. It is a demand that you have preferable 2-3 years’ experience in supporting sales activities in the region, preferably within HVAC, Refrigeration and/or Vacuum industry. You are professionally skilled, focused on value-based selling and solution selling – Business to Business (BTB).

You work systematically and structurally, in addition to having good knowledge on MS Office package and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.

Proficient in written and spoken English is mandatory. Other languages such as Chinese will be an advantage.

• Responsible for tasked BIM Modelling works and shop drawings required by the projects and relevant submissions.
• Prepare drawings & BIM Modelling accurately according to the instructions/directions from the PM/PD for construction or building works.

System Engineer, Regional Service

Duties and Responsibilities

With reference to the Service Lead in AGRAMKOW Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for incoming requests from customers, regarding issues from technical support, maintenance advice to escalation of requests. Channels of these requests can be via telephone, e-mail and/or via our Customer Management System. You will be part of an international service team with colleagues all over the world.

During your onboarding, AGRAMKOW will provide extensive training in Singapore and in the Head Office in Denmark. Your experience in planning, scheduling, and conducting both technical and management facets will shine, as you have strong interpersonal and effective communicative skills and bring them into play. You work both independently and collaboratively across country boarders. You do this in an ambassadorial manner, being aware that you are an important part of our regional center of competences and service support.

In addition to this, you should be open-minded and always be approachable, especially during on-site customer visits. During these visits, you will support and advise customers in any matter relating to the maintenance of equipment, software configurations and training.

You know how to prepare comprehensive project reports and excel at turning project progress into reliable reports. Therefore, basic electrical knowledge and understanding of electrical - and mechanical drawings is a must. Your role also involves preparing of installation drawings, ensuring every detail aligns seamlessly.

The position is located in Singapore. Your travel coverage will be within the Asia Pacific Region. The role will require travel of at least 30% of a year.

You will also be required to provide stand-by cover, that may require attendance at customer site outside of normal working hours.

Skills and Requirements
You hold a relevant technical education, such as a degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering or similar. In addition, the following will be required:

• A minimum of three years’ experience in an industrial or automation-based project environment.
• In depth understanding of IT-hardware and networking concepts.
• Working knowledge of SQL databases and query language is preferred.
• Knowledge of process systems for HVAC or industrial production/manufacturing environment is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Engineer who will be in charge of our ongoing Singtel projects & Pipe Laying works.

· Supervise the team to execute all pipes/fiber cable works in accordance with all established operation procedures and engineering instructions.

· Coordinates with various government agencies (LTA, Public Utility Board, Singapore Power Grid, Singapore Power Gas & Telco’s) regarding Singtel’s pipelaying and cable works for project management.

· Ensure to close the job properly in the Workforce Management System (WFM) and pipe coordinates, GPS and as-built records are accurate in GIS system.

· In charge of Singtel claim submission under Streamline and WFM.

· In charge of receiving PO under Ariba and requesting to revise the PO based on the actual quantity of work done & troubleshoot to receive the PO for failed purchase orders.

· Submission of quotations under Ariba for SingTel projects.

· Provide training, guidelines, manuals and SOPs to new staff.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering

· Minimum 12 years of experience as an Engineer in fiber cable works & Pipe laying works.
