The primary responsibility is to optimise production processes by analysing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. Job Description / Responsibilities:

-Responsible for optimizing Plant work process and production

-Study and review the current process gap, recommend to HQ to obtain approval, and lead the change and implementation of new processes.

-Pro-active identification of problem prior to an incident occurrence

-Ensure the plant can operate in accordance to design specifications
