Role purpose:

To revise procedures and systems and providing oversight during the QA process.

To ensure that the team is correctly utilizing QA methodologies and systems and also take corrective actions when they identify issues on the team.

To support manufacturing and production activities, he reports recurring quality issues to production managers and other personnel. This helps ensure that manufacturing errors and production issues don’t negatively impact delivery timelines or cause delays within the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Responsible for checking all incoming materials and all fabricated outgoing materials.

2)Criteria based on Mill Certificate dimension. Send to store when materials meet criteria. To reject, return for an exchange if criteria not met.

3)Check all drawings before submission to Production.

4)Prepare Non Conformance Report (NCR) if required.

5)Submit QA reports for all Projects.

Job Specific Technical/Professional Qualifications/Requirements:

1)Bachelor Degree in Engineering or relevant field.

2)Proven experience of 1-2 years.

3)Attentive to details to ensure that products are manufactured, installed or are operating to the required specifications.

4)Interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Leading root cause analysis & corrective action in non-conformance investigation

• Establishing quality inspection plans, COC, procedures / work instructions / API testing

• Responsible for performing gap analysis on standards revision and revise procedure / work instructions

• Attend to customer/ supplier / internal /certification audits & technical queries.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Min 1 year of working experience in Oil & Gas / Metal Machining Industry

• Experience in using measuring instruments such as caliper, bore gage, micrometer etc

• Able to work 5.5 workdays

1. Design and manufacturing of Mooring Winch, Towing Winch, Anchor Handling Winch, Linear Winch, Anchor Windlass, Marine Crane systems, anchor pipe system, post trenching equipment and other related marine equipment.

2. Carry out calculation work on T.C Marine and Offshore Equipment.

3. Conduct checks on the required marine classification standards for T.C Marine and Offshore Equipment.

4. Carry out the study and understanding of client’s technical specifications.
