• General administrative task & support
• Handling accounts receivable & accounts payable
• Handling general Accounting Tasks
• Administering payroll & maintaining employee records
• Handle MOM matters including work pass application / renewal / cancellation
• Workers dormitory arrangement.
• Coordinate with training & Development.
• Administer leave / MC records.
• Monthly CPF submission.
• Prepare employment letter, confirmation letter, warning letter, etc.
• Support admin function for purchasing, report typing and invoicing.
• Licence renewal & preparation of documents for submission.
• Prossess good organization, communication and people's skills
• Any ad-hoc HR & admin duties assigned.

• Required load and upload material,etc
• Maintain Material movement record
• To comply with LTA road safety and traffic regulation and site safety.
• To conduct daily check to ensure vehicle is in good and safe condition/upkeeping of vehicle.
• Valid class 4 driving license and lorry crane operator.
• Preferably able to start work within short notice.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of company’s accounts for several entities.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation for accounting reports purposes.
• Prepare periodic budget and ad-hoc management report.
• Handle corporate taxation matters, GST and company grant.
• Improvise finance process workflow.
• Project expenses budget, cash flow monitoring, internal controls and forecast application.
• Provide financial advice to management so to improve business operation and achieve better cost-saving.
• Assist in general office administration including HRM when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance and professional qualification in Business Administration.
• At least 5years of Financial Accounting experience in marine industries.
• Report to director on all financial matters.
• Possess strong business acumen and a flair for financial analysis and problem solving.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Organized, meticulous and an eye for detail.
• Must be able to work independently.
