Supervise ongoing projects and assist in design office i.e. resolve all technical issue

· Assist in all AC jobs/projects/contract

· Review all the design/checking of calculations for the company

· Represent the company, advise the same and act on its behalf to enable the company to perform its contractual obligations for the projects, as spelt out in the contract documents

· Be a management representative of the company for both site and office projects

· Prepare proposal and performance on tendering works for Consultancy

· Oversee authority’s submission and update of each project

· To cover duties for other Senior/ Design engineers

Criteria:

• Design Engineer (SDE) shall be an engineer in the civil/structural discipline with at least a degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• At least ten (10) years of relevant experience on Civil & Structural projects
• Able to problem solve and manage projects

QAQC Engineer / Construction / Marine

Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm

Job Description:

· To coordinate and execute all QC procedures, documentations, and records.

· Checking that the assembly or production line comply to standards and procedures.

· To perform daily post-pour and pre-delivery inspections before delivery of components.

· Report non-conformance to Manager for immediate action.

· Collaborate with planner to develop daily, weekly and monthly delivery plans.

· Monitor subcontractors to ensure delivery is carried out as per scheduled.

· To arrange storage of product.

· Carry out monthly stock take as when required.

· Keep records of inspection and before/after repair of defect products.

· Arrange for testing of raw materials such as rebar, aggregate, cement and precision tools.

· To lead internal and external QA audits (ISO9001)

· Well versed in HDB, BCA, SCI requirements.

· To work with design team on technical issues and subcontractor on quality issues

· Take initiative to resolve quality issues of delivered product as highlighted by clients.

· Coordinate closely with client representative such as RE, ARE and RTO.

· Engage with production team to deliver high quality works.

· Prepare a monthly analysis and report to management with recommendations for improvement and preventive measures.

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

· Min. Degree in Civil and/or Construction Engineering

· Able to read basic structural drawings.

· Keen eye for mistakes and detail oriented.

· Preferably 2 year(s) of working experience

· Experience in PPVC & PBU projects are added advantage.

· Good command in Microsoft office skills. (i.e. Excel, Words, Powerpoint, Outlook)

· Possess strong leadership skill that is able to self-motivate and take initiative to troubleshoot production issues.

Job Description:

Procurement:

• Source and identify suppliers for direct/indirect materials/services to expand the supplier base and meet new project/production needs.
• Obtain quotes from newly sourced suppliers to achieve competitive costing and continuous cost reduction.
• Lead periodic price negotiations with suppliers to ensure competitiveness in material/service costs.
• Conduct supplier qualification audits and parts qualification to ensure suppliers meet company requirements.
• Qualify suppliers for inclusion in the Approved Vendor List.
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews to manage qualifications and updates on suppliers' capabilities.
• Maintain standard operating procedures for the Procurement department to ensure consistent workflow processes.
• Develop and negotiate favorable supply agreements with suppliers.
• Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to establish an appropriate supply chain model for assured supplies with minimal inventory holdings.
• Work with departments like Engineering/Warehouse to establish quality standards for supplied items and create the Quality plan
• Supervise and train junior staff to lead the team in accomplishing assigned duties.
• Undertake any other task or project assigned by management.

Purchasing:

• Develop a Purchasing strategy for various supply categories to ensure on-time order fulfillment with minimal inventory for direct purchases.
• Fulfill all indirect purchase needs based on user requirements.
• Periodically review the Purchasing strategy with Management and propose changes when market trends shift.
• Provide periodic alerts and updates to internal/external customers to promptly address any issues or delays.
• Work with principals/suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods to meet customer/company needs.

Warehousing:

• Manage the warehouse team to ensure timely receiving/issuance of raw materials.
• Oversee the warehouse team to fulfill order requirements for all customer shipments.
• Ensure overall inventory integrity of all goods in the warehouse.

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

· At least 5 years of working experience and exposure in both mechanical and electrical customized parts and components sourcing.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
