Scope and Responsibilities:

· Manage the implementation, development and changes associate with process equipment Commissioning, Qualification and validation

· Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of qualification tasks.

· Generate protocols and manage IOPQ qualification of equipment.

· Review and approve other technical documents, wherever applicable

· Support MES implementation process

· Manage deviations, support SOP generation.

· Provide input on project schedule

Qualifications:

· Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences or Biomedical/Chemical Engineering.

· 3 to 8 years’ experience in biotech industry in process development and process scale up / manufacturing.

· Experience with large-scale manufacturing support, current Good Manufacturing Practices, US / EU regulations.

· Technical understanding of upstream and downstream unit operations

Responsiblities :

• Design of M&E services for Building projects using Autocad / Revit / BIM
• Coordinate and liaise with Engineers in preparation of M&E drawings (Autocad / Revit)
• Read and understand Architectural / Technical drawings and translate into design concept
• Assist Engineers to prepare & submit plans to Authorities
• Work closely with Project Team on site on the production of drawings
• Produce M&E systems design drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings related to building works.
• Monitor site installation progress and update changes on site.
• Prepare and compile as-built drawings for submission
• Assist in printing of all drawings as requested by Project Managers / Engineers and Quantity Surveyors.
• Ensure on-time completion of required drawings
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

• Follow up on drawing discrepancies
• Implement project planning, design, material requisition, cost control and documentation
• Ensure smooth progress of works on site and timely completion
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and suppliers on all project related matter
