Job Description & Requirements

1. Formulate business planning, management strategy program in optimizing current and potential market opportunities and business performance.
2. Lead and oversee a team of Sales Engineers in achieving sales target and goals.
3. Resourceful in developing new customer's base and secure improving sales target on existing customers.
4. Analyze Profit / Loss of projects and providing cost control and cost effectiveness strategy.
5. Ensure effective control of resources in providing quality / cost efficiency and on time delivery service for customers.
6. Respond to customers' enquiries, follow-up and provide technical solutions to clients.
7. Compiling and review contractual quotation for existing and new products as per customer's enquiries.
8. Provide regular update to customers on project development in a timely manner.
9. Prepare monthly sales input / output and making use of data to make sound analysis and decision.
10. Initiate and develop good customer service and rapport with customer and always ready to serve customer better.
11. Perform risk assessment for all new enquiries.
12. Ensure compliance with any applicable regulatory requirements as defined by customer.
13. Manage the configuration management including subsequent engineering change.
14. Oversee the control of documents/drawings.
15. Participate in the implementation of risk assessment and risk control of medical devices.

• Preferred to have Diploma in mechanical / precision engineering field or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Sales position in the precision engineering inductry and with proven track record of sales performance.
• Good presentation skills.
• Self-starter and result orientated.
• Able to work independently and deal with organizations that is diverse in size ownership, sophisticated and cultural point of view.
• Outgoing, charismatic personality and good social skills.
• Must possess class 3 driving license and own vehicle.

Responsibilies:

1. Provide Technical support and update customers on project development timely.
2. Communicate and coordinate with customers and relevant parties pertaining to technical requirements and engineering aspect of the assigned projects.
3. Plan, monitor and control all assigned projects are delivered within the given schedule.
4. Work with inter-departments to ensure commited schedules are met.
5. Assist to prepare and compile contractual quotation for existing and new products as per customers' enquires.
6. Prepare and release job orders/purchase requisition to various departments.
7. Prepare and generate shipment documents for delivery.
8. Provide regular updates on project development timely.

Requirement:

• Minimum NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or related.
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Able to interpret technical drawing and computer literate.
• Must be result oriented, resourceful and independent.

Responsibilities:

1. To assist/ in-charge in HR activities/duties covering recruitment & selection, staff administration process on all leaves (MC, AL, NPL, etc.), work permit/pass admin etc. include new hire orientation and resignation clearance.
2. To assist in coordinating all leaves applications approval from Tuas HOD, training and development programs (if any) to submitting to HQ for record compliance to HQ practice.
3. To involve and in charge all administrative data up-date in production, purchase input collaboration duties, secretarial matter and work etc at Tuas both plants inclusive of Navision system promptly.
4. In-charge with all staff requisition and coordination on staff uniform, office stationeries, medical check, training aspect etc and be involved in periodical ISO and customer audit and any Tuas Management/Superior as and when ad-hoc duties.
5. Assist Safety Officer as and when required.
6. To assist to ensure all HQ and Tuas HR and production administration documentation recording and updating from time to time.
7. To co-ordinate and have human relation working attitude with HR team and others department pro-actively and team-work at all-time meeting targets and timely update/delivery.
8. To develop continuous HR improvement and etc.
9. To assist to provide in following up good communication and even secretarial support to staff, HOD, superior for continuously improvement.
10. To assist and ensure all HR and production administration and support on all relevant update and proper quality, quantities performance at all time.

Requirement:

1. ITE graduate in Human resource or its relevant with computer literacy (Microsoft office & excel).
2. Min. three (3) years in relevant experience in relevant field and in mfg. environment.
3. Proficient in payroll systems.
4. Good knowledge in HR local compliance & Regulation.
5. Good mind-set, have a can do attitude and meticulous analysis.

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic from $3000 - $4000 + AWS +VB
• Working Hour: Monday - Friday (7:50am - 4:55pm)
• Location: Tuas Link (Company transport pick up at designated point island wide)

Job Scope:

• Provide technical support for the production process
• Develop work procedures, implement corrective actions, and preventive measures
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to reduce equipment downtime
• Lead process improvement initiatives and analyze defects
• Coordinate with customers to discuss product quality.
• Perform any other assigned ad-hoc duties as needed

• Responsible for design control and drawing specification control, liaise with customer for engineering design.
• Prepare bills of quantities according to project requirement for production manager easy to refer.
• Prepare quotation to customer and follow up with customer to make sure we meet customer’s requirements.
• Perform daily review and approval of products release (QA) to check the quality of products.
• Ensure all quality management system documentation are kept in order as per our ISO standards.
• Implement quality control programs as per our ISO standards.
• Mechanical Product includes, Skid platform, Form Hose Reel, Enclosure, Panel, Bicycle Rack, Battery Rack, Construction Structure and etc.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Familiar with construction, manufacturing field etc.
• Must have AutoCAD knowledge.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels.
