Person should analyze manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement measures to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. This includes evaluating equipment, tools, and production methods to streamline operations and improve overall output.

Need to work long hours, and responsible for managing resources, such as manpower, materials, and equipment, to ensure smooth production operations. This involves planning and scheduling work orders, allocating resources effectively, and optimizing resource utilization to meet production targets.

Job Description:

1. Study and review the equipment and Design treatment processes in wastewater treatment plants. Be responsible for the water quality compliance for individual WWTP plant.
2. Assist in maintaining proper maintenance and safety integrity of plant. Ensuring all equipment is in working condition with minimum downtime and regular servicing is carried out
3. Ensure all designated equipment calibrations and inspections are up to date
4. Work closely with PSM team and lab department on waste flow and waste treatment method
5. Assist in promoting WSH activities to operator(s).
6. Assist in optimization of operation treatment, manpower allocation as well as continuous improvement on WWTP operation
7. Ensure the treated wastewater compliance with sewer discharge limit.
8. Adhere to all safety requirements within the plant, such as safe work practices, SOP.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Chemistry
2. Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team to completion of a task
3. Min 2 years of experience related to water treatment plant

• Oversee, manage and direct all Maintenance & Electrical procedures and operations to improve the efficiency and operating quality of the plant.

Qualitifications:

• A Bachelor degree in Engineering/Science from recognised institutions
• At least 10 years’ experience in Process Engineering/ Project Management or related technical discipline in the chemical industries
