Roles & Responsibilities
Manage full set of accounts (Must have experienced in Construction Sector)
Submission of GST and ensure tax computation are in order
Oversee transactions are keyed in accurately and on time in Autocount software
Ensure payments are checked, verified, authorised and approved
Timely preparation and closing of accounts
Support and advise Project Team on financial & accounting matters
Assist in payroll process
Review and implementation of accounting procedures and policies
Perform annual stock take
Requirements:
ACCA level 2 or Diploma in Accounting
Required skill(s): Quickbook or others
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Good working attitude, pro-active, meticulous and keen to lean
Willing to work under multi-task environment
Strong knowledge on GST and accounting system
