Job Description:
- Reagent preparation, run assays, sample processing and manipulation in a manufacturing environment.
- Perform molecular-based procedures with a high degree of quality and in accordance with established protocols.
- Work with engineering on product/process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ),
- Provide documented procedures on buyoff on new/transfer Machine/equipment prior to mass production release.
- Ensure that machine yields and cycle time are in accordance with BOM standard.
- Develop chemical Process Parameters and Process Controls for production.
- Ensure equipment is operated following established Process Parameters.
- Responsible in preparing technical documentation, equipment down time, production output.
- Work in cross-functional group to coordinate with all process-related issues (including sample build, new launch of new products)
- Maintaining accuracy and completing traceability records, housekeeping, and performing troubleshooting as necessary
- Investigation and troubleshooting regarding any problems in the products/process.
- Review and provide Corrective Action Report promptly to all customers on customers’ complaints and monitor / follow-up on all quality issues relate to assigned customer’s product.
- Management of diagnostic cleanroom inventory, supplies, equipment calibration, instrument maintenance & documentation
- Participate in team meetings, assay development/process strategies based on project needs.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior.
- Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives.
Requirement:
- Min Diploma / Degree in Bio-Technology / Bio Chemistry / Molecular Biology / Chemcial Engineering or equivalent
- Min 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledgable in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, qRT-PCR and genotyping analysis
- Able to perform production planning, assay, process optimization and validation
