Purpose:

To independently define concepts and critical deliverables, lead, plan, manage, control, engineering deliverables required for the assigned project effectively and efficiently according to specified technical requirements, timelines and budget, manage project resources and independently deal with and resolve all issues of the project, and provide guidance to the assigned team.

• Reviews/checks draft drawings and documents from team members and ensure the timely provision of accurate documents and specifications to the successful vendors to enable the latter to execute their work and deliverables.
• Independently manages/develops solutions to technical/engineering and related problems by analyzing the issues/data, interpreting the analysis and evaluating various options/measures using experience, precedents and professional references. Anticipates potential problems and takes preventive actions to overcome obstacles
• Visits suppliers, reviews test results of process equipment to ensure that they function as per specifications. Where necessary, works with the suppliers/contractors concerned to rectify the deficiencies making sure that they comply with the specifications and are ready on time.
• Participates in meetings, reviews progress and addresses interface/implementation/execution issues, escalates where necessary to ensure that the project proceeds timely and smoothly.
• Plans and organizes resources and schedule to meet project timelines and departmental objectives
• Provides technical/engineering support and advice to Construction/Commissioning work at site, trouble shoots and follows up with stakeholders to rectify the gaps or problems. Where necessary, provides off‐site support and advice.
• Guides/supervises junior Engineers and appraises their performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience in process engineering in oil and gas sector for degree holders or minimum of 11 years of relevant working experience for Master degree holder
• Direct work experience on FPSO/FSO projects and
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in Shipyard.

Senior Software Engineer

Contract Duration: 12 months

Role Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects in all aspects of Software Development Life Cycle including system analysis, design, development, quality assurance, UAT, maintenance and ongoing support
• Contribute to Agile software development lifecycle and be familiar with DevOps processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot ERP system problems and streamline data exchange with external systems
• Assist in user training to enhance system understanding and utilization
• Analyze business processes to optimize system efficiency and align capabilities with organizational goals
• Gather and document system requirements from stakeholders for enhancement, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Customize and configure the ERP system to meet business needs, implementing access controls for security
• Develop reports, dashboards, and custom solutions using development tools and frameworks for insightful system performance analysis

Requirements

• Fluency in command-line shell scripting, Python and/or R.
• Experience in several of the following skill clusters:
• Relational databases, data marts and data warehouses – experience with Oracle and/or
• PostgreSQL platforms; crafting secure and effective SQL queries
• NoSQL databases – key-value, document, graph, column family
• Reproducible computing – version control, software packaging, continuous integration/continuous delivery, process monitoring and containerization
• Automated workflows - programmatically author, schedule and monitor workflows using Apache Airflow, Azure Logic Apps or similar
• Distributed computing – distribute jobs for concurrent processing using Apache Spark, Databricks or similar
• Streaming data – process continuous, serial port or micro-batch online data
  Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Knowledge in cloud technologies is preferable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
