• Assistant the Project Manager in overseeing the project, planning and ensure work is carry out according to master program
• Liaise with the consultant on technical issue and doing coordination on site issues with sub con
• Work with project team and ability to resolve technical issues
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in building projects

Job Responsibilitie

• General housekeeping and cleaning of office premise
• Cleaning duties include but are not limited to sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning of office, meeting rooms, toilets, pantry, etc
• Ensure pantry supplies are well and tidy
• Making beverages for guests and meetings
• Any other ad-hoc work duties as required.
• Perform adhoc cleaning whenever required
• Clearing of rubbish daily.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the office Job Requirements
• Prior office housekeeping/cleaning experience is advantageous
• Hardworking and responsible
• Able to communicate in basic English
