Job Requirement

• Tertiary qualification in a business-related field
• Minimum 10 years’ credit risk experience within Structured Finance, Corporate Banking or Credit Risk environment, ideally with a Bank or Financial Institution
• Experience of working in a financial services organisation
• Project Finance/Transaction origination/execution/restructuring/workout experience
• Strong knowledge of financial products
• Strong understanding and ability to interpret financial statements

Job Purpose

• Handle reporting of Specialised Products Dept. Asia (“SPDA”) performance against budget in Asia Pacific and East Asia region, through communication with front groups in Singapore, Sydney and Hong Kong.
• Assist in enhancing the control and monitoring of forecast Department performance for both P&L and Balance Sheet, Profit, Funded Assets, Risk Assets and Commitment, Expense, KPIs and etc.
• Assist to implement new internal framework for sustainable department operation (ad-hoc).
• This role also requires the coordination with relevant departments including Tokyo Head Office for various type of reporting and setting of rules related to new business development.
• Any other initiatives or projects as instructed by Co-GMs.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the preparation of reports relating to P/L and B/S in both Asia Pacific and East Asia Region and enhance the control and analysis of regional result / forecast.
• Supervise preparation of various meeting materials and Department level reporting, including Asia Pacific and East Asia Region for key management meetings, periodic accounting reports to Head Office, etc.
• Supervise and manage in the preparation of KPI target with each front groups of SPDA; and monitor the progress of each item.
• Manage the preparation of annual expense / fixed asset budget including engagement with each front groups of SPDA; and assist control of subsequent budget utilization.
• Supervise on enforcement of the Head Office / Regional rule and management framework.
• Ad-hoc Support on initiation and engagement for more efficient Department Operation.
• Initiation, guidance, and delivery on achievement for more efficient Department Operation, implementation of new products /businesses /initiatives and any other initiatives or projects as instructed by Co-GMs.

Job Requirement

• Have experience at least 5 years of relevant experience in banks/Financnail Institutions is essential.
• Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in written and spoken in English.
• Be able to prepare periodic report in Excel / Word / Powerpoint format.

• Proactive engagement with assigned Relationship Managers and to meet clients regularly to forge closer relationships.

Job Requirements

• At least 5-10 years of treasury sales / FX & Derivatives market experience.
• Obtained FMRP, M1B, M6A, M5 and M8

Job Requirements

• Good bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or business.
