Senior Cost Manager / Cost Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to budget, implement, track, monitor for project cost and schedule to help deliver benefits and commitment of the site capital plan
- Provide cost estimation during feasibility / design phase of key site projects and cost monitoring of assigned projects
- Monitor, control and maintain inspection readiness of the CAPEX process and documentation to ensure continued corporate financial audit compliance and support the implementation of performance management and delivery
- Act as Project Control Engineer for identified site strategic projects
- Lead capital compliance meeting with Finance team
- Establish control budgets for each project and escalate for endorsement when need to draw the approved contingency funds
- Issue Project Cost reports for projects
- Provide plan / forecast / actual spend / exchange gain or loss data to Project Managers to initiate necessary supplementary authorisation / project funding extension / reauthorisation
- Support Project Managers and Project Sponsors for steering meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Engineering or any related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
- Previous experience in Pharma projects would be an advantage
- Must have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Immediate Available would be an advantage
