Job Responsibilities:

• Create PR/GR/Extract reports using SAP system

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Above average excel skills (Advance formulas, pivot tables, building of reporting dashboard). Strong in data analysis using excel. Have working experience and advance understanding of SAP system (PEMS) would be a plus.
• Experienced in software and related maintenance contractual/commercial processing will be a plus.
• Good knowledge in Power Point and have prior experience in preparing PPT slides for reporting purpose. Knowledge in Power BI will be a plus.
• Excellent internal communications, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong Attention to details.
• Willing to learn attitude and able to work independently. Able to handle confidential data in a professional manner. Good experience inmanaging/responsible/implementing business process improvement.

Job Scope:

Perform the following Daily deliverables:

• Daily PL report production and PL decomposition
• Provide commentary on significant PL drivers and relating it to the business strategies of the desks
• Monitoring of New Deals, Late Deals and Market Operations
• Monitoring checks for transactions done at Off Market rates and arrive at justifications/reasons for entering these transactions
• Exceptions monitoring on Reported PL vs Trader Estimates and breaches on threshold limits for unexplained PL attributions

Perform the following Monthly routine tasks:

• Reconciliation of PL between Management reporting vs General Ledger
• GLAO certification on Balance Sheet accounts
• Room wide & Desk level Reserves computation
• Significant MTD PL drivers
• Reporting of Key Risk and Performance Indicators for Credit Derivatives/Interest rate derivative (IRD) desks

Perform the following Ad-Hoc & Projects tasks:

• Streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency within the team
• Review control processes for gaps
• To be proficient in handling ad-hoc queries from Front Office/RMG/TMO/Finance
• To assist in responding to internal and external audit requests for Credit/IRD desks.

The Talent

• Degree holder preferably Accounting trained with 1 years of professional experience
• Detail oriented and able to draw insights from data and good at collation of large data sets via Excel
