As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing key financial processes such as invoicing, reconciliation, audit support, and other general accounting tasks. Accounting & Reporting (30%):

• Supporting the day to day general ledger accounting and reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis – Using QuickBooks (or Xero)
• Support in all monthly, quarterly and annual close activities which include analyzing accounts, journal entries (and/or amending them), performing account reconciliations, and preparing reports and financial documents
• GST-Filing: Collate all the necessary documentation and reports, ensure approval by Company Directors and submit to Head of Finance

Finance (40%):

• Organise the planning and forecasting process to build a complete picture of our P&L
• Develop dashboards and projectors using QuickBooks
• Provide support on costings for project proposals to clients
