• Manage recruitment cycle including sourcing, arrange for interview, and salary proposal
• Process Work pass application, renewable and cancellation
• Coordinate with insurance agents with regards to cancellation, renewal, new coverage of insurances

Requirements:

• ACCA/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with 2 years of relevant work experience
• Possess knowledge in GST, Local Tax Regulations, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
• Self -motivated. well organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task
• Ability to converse and liaise with external English and Chinese speaking vendors and suppliers

• Assess credit applications, approving those within our authority and referring those beyond it to higher-ups.
• Understand financial statements, conduct financial analysis, and interpret ratios.
• Write credit reports for significant customers exceeding retail limits.
• Oversee the approval process for large customers.
• Collaborate with Sales on conditional credit applications and address outstanding issues.
• Ensure credit applications comply with internal and external policies.
• Conduct random checks on credit applications.
• Conduct joint site visits with sales colleagues when necessary.
• Guarantee responsible credit approvals for both retail and significant customers through rigorous assessment.
• Assist in reviewing and updating Credit and Risk policies and processes.
• Monitor portfolio quality by identifying potential problem accounts early.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Credit & Risk Manager or Head of Credit & Risk.

Requirements:

• Diploma in related field
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Credit and Risk function
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Query, Power BI
• Able to work independently in fast pace environment, able to multitask and manage time effectively.

Job Summary: To provide Finance business partnering to services.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

• Processing of payments to vendors and staff claims for the services.
• Processing of receipts for the services.
• Processing of donations
• Ensure timely monthly & year-end closings for management & other users to make well-informed decisions.
• Monthly variance analysis report of the I & E of the services, advise/highlight to services on major variances in their reports.
• Monitor and maintain schedules of Balance items on a monthly basis.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Make journals and ledger entries for the purpose of reconciling errors.
• Preparation of audit schedules at year end.
• Provide assistance to services in budgeting and forecasting.
• Perform fixed asset control on a timely basis.
• Provide assistance to the services in their monitoring of funds, budgeting, review and cost management.
• Assist services in their funding reporting, liaising with auditors on audit of projects I & E.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
