Your key responsibilities

6. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners.

   Represent the finance function in meetings, negotiations, and presentations with internal and external stakeholders.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; ACCA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and treasury management.
• Strong understanding of international finance, including foreign exchange, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, MS Excel, and ERP systems; experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.

• Lead the establishment of a finance shared services centre in Batam, Indonesia
• Manage billings, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and GL accounting functions under a shared services centre for a few countries in Asia
