Job Details:

1. Support Department Head to:Supervise a team staff to oversee smooth operations flow in meeting the company's objectives and key performance indicators.

4. Liaise with internal and external auditors, bankers, other divisions and external vendors on payment related matters.

Project Management

1. Driving process simplification and lead the implementation of standardization and scalable processes.
2. Participate in the implementation and maintenance of technology driven initiatives (e.g. Robotic Process Automation, Data Analytics).
3. Involve in the development, migration and enhancement of the Source systems and Finance system.'

Job Qualifications:

1. Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
2. At least 5 years of relevant commercial experience.
3. Knowledge and hands-on experience in any of the major accounting software (eg SAP, Workday)
4. Experience with system changes implementation and UAT.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint
6. Sound knowledge of GST and Withholding tax
7. Audit experience would be a plus.

Controllership

Role Purpose

i) Lead EPCI CAPEX cost estimate, associated commercial deliverables and establish basis of estimate

Key Accountabilities

• To have good understanding on the industrial standard cost engineering terminology in order to establish Estimate Methodology Procedure for the proposal
• Lead coordination and interface with technical/ commercial professionals, vendors, subcontractors and client to EPCI CAPEX costing within the time frame
• Develop CAPEX cost estimate and evaluate its estimate reasonably and logically
• Work out commercial deliverables related to CAPEX (e.g. Compensation Form, Basis/ Assumption of CAPEX Estimate, Commercial Qualifications, etc.) to read thru the ITT documents as part of Commercial Bid Proposal
• Develop cashflow projection (cash-in/cash-out) based on Project Schedule, Milestone Payment from client and payment terms by vendors/ subcontractors
• Collect, assort various cost data along with technical information for benchmarking and analyze tendency, correlation, or algorithm in order to develop applicable estimate methodologies
• Define and identify risks in terms of opportunities and threats.

Qualifications
