The Role

Our team is small, so you will need to be flexible, pragmatic and solutions oriented.  You will be responsible for investment administration, specifically investment performance reporting, investment execution and custodian management.  Main responsibilities include:

The Finance & Operations Senior Executive reports to the company founder and general manager (ex-eCommerce Architect at Razer and ex-Digital Marketing Manager at Unilever) and plays a key role in our financial management, accounting and classroom operations. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of finance operations within the financial industry
• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or Finance

Responsibilities

• Timely submission of management reports with analysis write up

• Responsible for full sets of accounts for Hospitality Department

• Ensure accounting records are maintained in accordance to FRS and all statutory

requirements

• Liaising with internal and external parties in relation to their scope of work

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy

• Minimum 2 year of relevant accounting experience in a similar role

• Experience with SUN Accounting system is an added advantage

• Experience in Hotel Industry is an added advantage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required

• Willingness to learn, and take on additional tasks when being assigned

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

• Organised, meticulous, deadline oriented with good time management skills
