Responsibilities

• Perform monthly analysis of manpower, overheads, and other operating expenses

• Perform cycle runs to allocate overhead and staff costs to projects

• Compute and analyze manhour and overhead burdened rates

• Responsible for forecasting and budgeting of the operating expenses and burdened rates

• Develop and maintenance performance dashboards

• Prepare month-end and ad-hoc materials for management reporting

• Support ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is preferred but not required

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.

• Experience in cost analysis, budgeting/ forecasting and project costing.

• Strong knowledge of SAP systems and Excel skills are a must

• Experience with Hyperion is a plus

• Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations;

• Knowledge in Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud or other analytical tool is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Organize and conduct regular credit & AR review meetings with BUs/sales departments to close out all delinquent accounts.
• Follow up and communicate with customers.
• Review and process new customer account applications.
• Maintain and update particulars and credit limits of customer accounts in SAP.
• Monitor daily sales transactions for credit hold in SAP and communicate with the sales department to address overdue issues.
• Disseminate or circulate invoices, statements of accounts, reminders, and confirmation letters.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and confirmations.
• Prepare regular collections and AR status reports for management and for HQ.
• Liaise with insurers and apply for trade credit insurance for customer accounts with credit terms.
• Liaise with banks in respect of bank guarantees including but not limited to letters of credit.
• Act as key AR and billing liaison person for the overseas shared service center.
• Check supporting documents to carry out billings to customers.
• Other adhoc duties assigned by Senior Financial Controller/ Assistant Manager.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in MS software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
• SAP working experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Working experience with Letters of Credit is desired but not mandatory.
• Communicate with customers and insurers tactfully and professionally.
• Prioritize issues, and have a sense of urgency and ownership of tasks.
• Comfortable working closely with different departments simultaneously.

The candidate will be responsible for the business development activities for the Workplace Banking department. Workplace Banking provides Consumer Financial Services to the staff of our corporate customers.

• Cross-sell client value proposition to acquire new-to-bank customers.
• Promote take up of 360 accounts and/or other Personal Banking / Premier Banking products such as CASA, cards, personal loans, secured loans.
• Engage corporate customers to run events (eg Lunch Talks, Staff Bazaar) at their workplace.
• Curate engagement journey for the prospect companies. Organizing the events, preparing marketing collaterals, and managing the logistics.
• Manage the relationship with the corporate customer. Encourage ongoing and recurring business engagement and opportunities.
• Know each corporate customer and work on effective Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) to encourage sign ups.
• Manage the relationship with the various channels at OCBC Bank Global Commercial Banking and get warm referrals to their corporate customers.
• Manage the relationship with the Branch Banking network to help build ecosystems via our Community Banking initiative.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma required.
• Good business development acumen.
• Prior relevant experience in Workplace Banking or B2B sales is preferred.
• Prior experience in corporate banking is an added advantage.
• Good effective communication skills, analytical and logical thinking.

Job Description

Billing Related Tasks

· Execute Billing / Settlement management tasks to ensure both AR and AP are completed for all shipments within stipulated time frame

· Liaise and coordinate with warehouse operation team to obtain the relevant info for billing report preparation

· Review and establish the billing details according to customer’s billing requirements

· Generate Billing / Invoices to customers timely and accurately, including update of pricing, customer details, and job information in system

· Verify and process AP invoices from vendors

· Prepare, verify and update of various logistics billing cost items, charging methods and reports

· Ensure all related documents are properly filed and archived

· Assist the Billing Manager/ Leader with KPI monitoring and other task as assigned

Accounting Related Tasks

· Support AP & AR day to day operations

· Daily cashflow and Fixed Asset update

· Process staff reimbursement

· Support monthly end closing activities

Job Requirement

· Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration/ Accounting or equivalent qualification

· Fresh graduate are welcome

· Relevant experience in Billing / Settlement related tasks is a plus

· Able to work independently and as part of a team

· Meticulous with detailed mind / Attentive to details

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
