Responsibilities

• Conduct an end-to-end analysis on current credit and collection practices in NUHS Business Office Shared Services with the aim to improve collection rate.

Job Purpose:

Individual will work as part of Counterparty Exposure (CPE) team under the global Institutional Credit Management (ICM) group and be responsible for measuring, monitoring and controlling counterparty risk for institutional clients. Analyzing portfolios and businesses, with a focus on counter-party and collateral risk to ensure the risks are being properly measured and controlled in accordance with the Firm’s risk policies.

Job Background/Context:

Institutional Credit Management (ICM) is a critical component of Citi’s First Line of defense for wholesale and counterparty credit risk management and works with Independent Risk teams to ensure best-in-class risk and controls, as well as client responsiveness. Key responsibilities of the group include credit analysis, documentation, risk identification, exposure monitoring and stress testing. Counterparty Exposure (CPE) is a global team within ICM responsible for measuring, monitoring and controlling counterparty risk. Key Responsibilities:

• Approve credit reviews as a first line of defense approver (Credit Officer CO/Senior Credit Officer SCO designation) including assessment of portfolio risk, liquidity of client positions, credit limits and risk appetite ratios for APAC Real Money Funds.
• Maintain and manage credit exposures to clients across derivatives, financing and direct lending products.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with audit process and tax filings.
• Support controllers with portfolio budgets, cash-flow forecasts and reports to investors.
• Managing the treasury/cash management function of the mandates.
• Assist with the set-up, analyses and review of fund structures, joint venture structures and underlying inquiries
• Fee calculations including waterfall calculations
• Monitoring of tax compliance across various jurisdictions

Requirements:

• Degree with an emphasis in accounting, finance or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years accounting experience with prior experience in real estate financial accounting experience either with fund administration firms or in-house

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track reocrd in managing/operating in the end-to-end accounting process, from the gathering of financial and non-financial information to period end closing.
