Main Duties
â—Ź Support/manage company day-to-day operations, systems, and staff
â—Ź Maintain office services by working with internal or external suppliers
â—Ź Manage payments for office expenses
â—Ź Payroll support
â—Ź Prepare monthly income & expenditure reports
â—Ź Planning & implementing internal systems and procedures
â—Ź Company events planning & implementing
â—Ź Greeting visitors in-office and over the phone
â—Ź Maintain office supplies (i.e stationeries, snacks, water, coffee, etc) â—Ź Work closely CEO, CIO, COO and Board of Advisor to provide them with full secretarial support
â—Ź Liaise with external parties (i.e banks, service providers, auditors) and assist in providing them with the documents/information required
â—Ź Maintain proper filing and records of documents HR
â—Ź Support staff retention & onboarding: arranging interviews with the managers and preparing the employment contracts
â—Ź Manage staff benefits (i.e insurance coverage, annual leave, etc)
Fund Operations Support
â—Ź Complete day-to-day operations of the fund, including but not limited to investor subscription, opening trading accounts, documentation maintenance.
● Reviewing NAV reports issued by the fund administrators and supporting funds’ audit and MAS annual declaration
â—Ź Maintaing good relationships and working closely with partners such as brokers, custodian, fund administrator and company secretary
â—Ź Helping to process onboarding, subscription and redemption requests which includes liaising with investors for due diligence checks and documentation
● Working with both internal and external stakeholder to process transactions and deliver investors’ requests in a efficient and responsible manner
â—Ź Recording trades and settlement, funding and preparation of internal NAV and reports
● Assisting in funds’ audit requirements
â—Ź Assisting with preparation of marketing decks for any investor relations activities
â—Ź Supporting ad-hoc administrative and business development projects
