Computer Security Incident Response Team Expert (CSIRT Expert)

CSIRT Expert is a technical expert role within the Asia Information System Security (ISS) Team, Singapore, functionally aligned to Group’s ISS CSIRT team in Head Office, France.

ASIA ISS team oversees and supervise the Information System Security related matters in the region, including cybersecurity monitoring (SOC), incident response (CSIRT) and responding to each country's regulation proactively.

The ASIA ISS CSIRT oversees detection, control and reporting of cyber incidents when it occurs and work closely with IT Operations team to recover and restore the systems that are affected by the security incident.

In this role, CSIRT Expert role will be responsible for respondingand managing end to end Security Incident Management Lifecycle: Incident Identification, Triage, Containment, Eradication, Recovery and Lesson Learnt. Person will be technical point of contact to respond and drive the security incidents response in the region.

Job Responsibilities

The Expert has a wide spectrum of responsibilities and will be responsible for following activities (but not limited to) in day-to-day work:

• Identifying and detecting Incidents and taking immediate action on security incidents including (and not limited to) DoS attacks, malware attacks, phishing attacks, web attacks;

The candidate will oversee day-to-day activities and the general management of assigned research projects.

• Conducting academic research on topics related to artificial intelligence, macro finance, and interdisciplinary topics.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations

· Responsible for the day-to-day financial operations and accounting aspects of the HQ.

· Ensure the financials are prepared in accordance to the Accounting Standards.

· Responsible for timely monthly/year-end closing.

Treasury Management

· Assist in cashflow management activities, including forecasting, liquidity management, and fund allocation.

Statutory compliance

· Provide support in annual audits, including (but not limited to) managing all overseas auditors and tax agents to ensure audit and tax finalization and submission of Financial Statements within stipulated regulated timeline.

· Assist in overseeing all corporate secretarial matters to ensure completeness and compliance with legal, corporate governance and regulatory requirements, both locally and internationally.

· Assist in quarterly GST/VAT filing and annual ECI/tax filing, both locally and internationally.

Others

· Assist in Human Resource and Administrative matters (such as recruitment/ organising Company’s events etc).

· Any other ad-hoc assignment.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business or its other equivalent
• >5 years experience in full-set of Accounting handling more than one company accounts.
• Able to prepare and submit GST.
• Experience in Xero accounting software is an added advantage
• Self-motivated, highly curious, possess a keen eye for details and willing to be hands-on.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in computer engineering or related field.
• Proven working experience in test delivery or equivalent role with at least 10 years relevant experience in large and complex organisations preferably in the area of Banking and Finance.
• Hands on experience and management experience in handling Manual, Automation and Performance testing.
• Management skill in handling big team and stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in managing end to end delivery of testing services from multiple vendor test service providers.
• Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks, and various delivery methodologies.
• Experience in various testing tool suites.
• Testing or quality certifications, PMP certifications, and Test Maturity Model integration (TMMi) Framework awareness will be preferred.
