• 4-7 years of relevant corporate finance experience (principally across financial advisory, debt and equity financing) , having obtained this preferably from advisory firms, financial institutions or accounting firms. Reporting to Head of Compliance, the Compliance Manager (DCM/Merchant Banking) oversees the regulatory requirements of the Merchant Banking activities of SBI, Singapore.
