Computer Security Incident Response Team Expert (CSIRT Expert)

CSIRT Expert is a technical expert role within the Asia Information System Security (ISS) Team, Singapore, functionally aligned to Group’s ISS CSIRT team in Head Office, France.

ASIA ISS team oversees and supervise the Information System Security related matters in the region, including cybersecurity monitoring (SOC), incident response (CSIRT) and responding to each country's regulation proactively.

The ASIA ISS CSIRT oversees detection, control and reporting of cyber incidents when it occurs and work closely with IT Operations team to recover and restore the systems that are affected by the security incident.

In this role, CSIRT Expert role will be responsible for respondingand managing end to end Security Incident Management Lifecycle: Incident Identification, Triage, Containment, Eradication, Recovery and Lesson Learnt. • Prepare detailed Incident Post-mortem report and Executive Summary to document the Security Incident chronology, root cause, remediation and lesson learnt;
• Creating and updating the incident response plan (IRP) and playbooks and ensuring periodical review of playbooks to ensure the relevancy of response actions in current context, including updated information of all stakeholders involved;
• Collaborate with other Geo’s CSIRT team members on security matters and act as a backup to manage security incident and other security activities in scope as needed;

Work Schedule

Predicting Debt Crisis with Artificial Intelligence and Real-Time Big Data, an inter-disciplinary project funded by the Asian Institute of Digital Finance, is looking for a full-time Postdoctoral Fellow. The Principal Investigators of this project are at Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and NUS School of Computing. The candidate will oversee day-to-day activities and the general management of assigned research projects.

• Conducting academic research on topics related to artificial intelligence, macro finance, and interdisciplinary topics.
• Integrating existing literature to propose research ideas and hypotheses, develop and implement empirical analysis using various statistical software. Methodologies used include machine learning, regression discontinuities, difference-in-difference analyses, among others.

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance & Admin Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to be part of a growing company. You will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the financial records and transactions of the company as well as the chance to gain hands-on experience with partial or full sets of accounts.

Job Responsibilities

• Support daily activities of Finance & Operations
• Create purchase order, delivery order, sales order, tax invoices and other documents
• Manage daily accounts functions like Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) and reconciliation
• Prepare monthly schedules, review of customer SOA and AP aging
• Handle meeting and travel arrangements, business visa applications and staff claim submission
• Perform filing/archive/sorting of operation related documents
• Assist in month end closing and related financial matters
• Coordinating and collaborating with other teams, including HR/project teams as required
• Undertake assignments as and when required

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• Knowledge of XERO accounting system will be a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members
• Adaptable and thrive in dynamic, results-oriented environments, able to deliver under pressure

Responsibilities

The Innovations APAC intern will play a vital role in supporting CACIB’s innovation initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in business analysis, data analysis and innovation strategies.

The team will organize ideation events through multiple format, targeting a variety of audience and manage communication around innovation over different channels, both internal or external. Qualifications and Profile

Mandatory

· Student from a Business or IT School

Education:

Job Summary:

The successful applicant will be involved in the day-to-day accounting function focusing on Accounts Payable, liaising with vendors and staff on payments and accounting matters, monthly closing and reporting. Ensure that accounting procedures and records are in compliance with acceptable accounting standards, practices and internal policies. The role reports to Assistant Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma/degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum relevant experience of 3 years to 5 years
• Relevant experience in Accounts Payable is an added advantage
• Good understanding of internal controls and corporate governance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Excel and accounting system
• Good command of written and spoken English
