POSITION SUMMARY

Your key responsibilities:

The AML Officer’s responsibilities include working within the existing AML team to:

• Assist in the continued implementation of the applicable Group and divisional Policies on AML and KYC, through working closely with Client Onboarding colleagues and carrying out quarterly AML controls over relationships in Wealth Management Division.

3. Collect and organize data and logs during attack simulations, extract key indicators and reports, and output content security strategy optimization plans.

4. Collaborate with upstream and downstream business teams to identify potential security risks and propose improvement suggestions, producing risk assessment reports.

5. Design and develop security drill plans, design appropriate attack methods and techniques based on the characteristics of different scenarios and user behaviors, ensuring that simulated attacks are meaningful and effective, continuously improving the quality and efficiency of evaluations.

6. Continuously optimize solutions based on simulated attack results and feedback, taking long-term responsibility for business outcomes.

Qualifications:

1. Possess the ability to operate content security strategies, with knowledge and experience in the international content security field.

2. Have the capability to discover risks, with a high sensitivity to risks, continuously uncovering security risks and potential vulnerabilities at the product's front end.

3. Demonstrate good political sensitivity and risk awareness, proficient in at least one business line review rule, familiar with the review process.

4. Proficient in data analysis and effective communication skills to support specific requirements coordination.

5. Have the ability to handle graphics/videos, proficient in using graphic software such as PS/PR.

The Associate Director, Research & Analysis (R&A) is critical to making this happen and will be a team lead role within the R&A team. R&A is the interface between Business and Risk with the aim to achieve a stronger focus on customer, risk management & process efficiency. The role holder will manage a portfolio of Institutional clients in SEA region, be responsible to provide credit support to the Relationship team, as well as provide leadership and guidance to junior team members both through formal and informal reporting lines.

• Prepare quality credit papers and seek timely approval
• Provide effective, timely and ongoing customer, industry and portfolio monitoring
