As a Marketing Specialist, you'd be able to work on and solve some of the many interesting challenges we face, learn new ways of working, and build delight high-quality products for our customers. During the exchange period (2 Sep 2024 to 22 Nov 2024), you will work on day-to-day marketing strategy, develop and execute Trust’s year-end campaign across multiple marketing channels, in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will work with us as a Marketing Specialist, joining our innovative teams lead, plan and execute virtual and physical events that create value for the bank. This position provides a great opportunity to learn more about our products and work cross-functionally with other teams to align on best practices and procedures when it comes to our marketing campaigns’ setup and performance.
This role suits someone who is positive, outgoing and data-driven. To succeed, you must be passionate about our business. You will work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Product, Engineering, and other key internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute on Trust’s year-end campaign.
The Role Responsibility:
· Lead, develop and execute a comprehensive year-end campaign strategy to encourage spends and transactions on Trust’s products during the year-end festivities
· Collaborate with Product and Design team to create compelling marketing collateral (visual and physical), including email campaigns, social media content, landing pages, and advertisements
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights and opportunities for growth
· Measure and report campaign performance, track key metrics and optimise marketing efforts for maximum impact
· Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support campaign execution and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timeliene
· Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and improve marketing strategies

Our Ideal Candidate:
· 7 years’ experience, preferably in brand related discipline, include branding, marketing, advertising, creatives, with knowledge of financial service industry
· Conversant in creating impact integrated campaigns
· Strong interpersonal skills, external communicator, innovative with proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
· Significant experience with project management
· Ability to adapt to changing environment - responsive when priorities change and able to pivot accordingly
· Careful, detail-oriented, pro-active in execution
· Eager to work and learn in a fast-paced environment with tight deadline
· Proven data analysis, presentation, and data development skills
