JOB SUMMARY
· The Sales & Client Engagement Team is responsible for frontline and external engagement to improve sales effectiveness. This includes (i) communicating business strategy & priorities to the frontline, (ii) change management to facilitate Sales transformation, (iii) managing the CCIB client content ecosystem, and (iv) overseeing the CCIB client engagement strategy and supporting it with a centre of excellence.
· The Associate, CCIB Client Content, will be a core member of the Client Content Team, responsible for managing the production, curation and distribution of client content across CCIB and to clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in setting up a robust, scalable content infrastructure that materially improves the ability of frontline teams to access and use content to meet commercial objectives
· Assist in setting up processes for content management across CCIB- driving quality control, periodic reviews and cadence, etc
· Support production of client content materials to a high standard (templates; case studies; standardised pitch books, SCB credentials, product specific capabilities, sector specific insights, winning pitch “best practices”)
· Uploading/Management/Maintenance for content and pages. Support best practices to engage and distribute content to frontline (standardised processes, RM training)
· Quality assurance for content. I.e. adherence to standards of our brand governance to develop content that underpins our brand and customer value propositions.
· Commit to timelines for content creation per agreed workflow with internal stakeholders.

Our Ideal Candidate
· 2 + years of experience in content / knowledge management is required
· A results-driven professional with previous experience at a Bank or Management Consulting firm is preferred
· Proficient with content/knowledge management systems and generating actionable data insights
· Proven experience as a keen storyteller with ability to conceptualize fresh approaches and new content ideas to craft stories.
· Excellent communication skills with ability to influence outcomes with stakeholders across all levels
