Role Description

This is a full-time position located on site in Singapore for an Investment Banking Analyst covering Asia. They will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including conducting research, preparing financial models, preparing marketing materials, and executing transactions. They will work closely with other team members on data and financial analyses, due diligence activities, and the creation of transaction materials. Being exposed to every aspect of a deal/transaction cycle, the candidate will be involved in the deal sourcing process, evaluation of such opportunities, arranging and structuring of such transactions, and see to the completion and documentation. Qualifications

Job Description:

Join as an Insurance Operations Executive. In this role, you will assist the Insurance Operations Manager in managing both motor and general insurance administration tasks. You will liaise with insurance companies, manage quotations, and handle insurance sales for both new and existing customers. This position is perfect for individuals with experience in insurance operations and a passion for customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Insurance Operations Manager with administrative duties related to motor and general insurance.
• Liaise with insurance companies and customers to manage new/renewal insurance quotations.
• Handle motor insurance sales and renewals with the company’s existing customer database.
• Ensure the proper processing of insurance documentation and sales coordination.
• Uphold ethical practices in all business transactions and ensure that company and customer needs are met.
• Take on any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company.
• Candidates with Certificate in General Insurance (BCP,Comgi,PGi) will have an added advantage.

The scope of duties:

• Responsible for Sales contracts covering drafting contracts, signing and archiving.
• Co-ordinating the shipments with suppliers and customers (Observe Incoterms);
• Co-ordination, preparation, handling of contractual shipping documents via LC or direct presentation, Bill of Lading/Railway B/L, invoices, Certificates of Origin, Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Weight, Draft survey report, Laytime Calculations and Demurrage / Dispatch Settlements.
• Invoicing and collection funds while observing and maintaining contractual payment terms (L/C, prepayment, cash against documents).
• Liaising with freight forwarders, agents.
• Reporting: daily report, shipping list, exposure list;
• Insuring Cargos whilst observing Incoterms;
• Updating Internal system SAP;
• KYC know your customer.
• Archiving of documents.
