Job Summary
• Advising and guiding the Private Banking Front Office and support functions with respect to Investment trade suitability queries and internal policies and procedures
• Collaborate with front office and support functions to ensure that robust controls are in place and are well deployed while balancing client experience. Where required make adequate escalations to draw necessary management attention.
• In coordination with Legal & Compliance, keeping abreast of legal and regulatory changes. Continuously review and raise the standards on internal controls in line with regulatory expectations and best in class PvB practices.
• Support/oversee key projects related to Suitability and Sales assurance, cross border, dormant a/c handling, etc matters.
• To maintain an ongoing awareness of new policy and procedure roll outs, especially those related to Investment Suitability, trade execution and cross border activities.
• Perform and conduct timely assurance checks relating PvB controls in areas such as Suitability and Sales Assurance, Pricing related, or other procedures / processes deemed relevant by process owner.
• Provide support for other areas of assurance and where required to provide support to WM COO.
• Work with the relevant Committees to ensure processes for products are fit for purpose and meet regulatory requirements.

Our Ideal Candidate
