Job Responsibilities

You will play an important role in:

1) Proposal Management

• Assist in onboarding new clients by preparing introductory materials.

7) Ad-Hoc Tasks

• Handle other tasks as assigned by management, showing flexibility in meeting team needs.
• Help improve proposal processes and documentation based on feedback.

8) Quality Assurance

• Ensure all proposals are proofread and meet company standards before submission.
• Gather feedback after submissions to enhance future proposals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, we will need you to be:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Marketing, or equivalent Professional Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field
• Preferably Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
• Experience in bids and tendering procedures an advantage
• Added advantage for candidates with extensive network or working experience in the Architecture/Landscape Architecture industry

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks such as processing payments, AP invoice posting, journal entries, monthly schedules, bank statement reconciliations, and staff reimbursements
• Prepare monthly full set of accounts
• Assist in monitoring accounts payable
• Prepare monthly Account Receivable statement and collection
• Perform credit check for new customer
• Prepare weekly sales report
• Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and regulatory standards.
• Assist in preparing necessary documentation for tax filings, audits, and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Track departmental expenditures against the budget
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Min diploma holder
• At least 3 years of experience in a full set of account and administrative experience
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.

Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
(no cold-calling at all!)
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service
- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation
