JOB OPENING: SALES & ADMIN SUPPORT

Salary Range: $2000 - $3500

Sales Support Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing sales quotations and follow up on quotation status (training will be provided).
• Update sales opportunities into sales pipeline reports using cloud software.
• Process orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Support daily sales operations and liaise between departments on sales order delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure prompt completion of each sales order.
• Provide excellent customer service through product knowledge and handling inquiries.
• Collaborate with the team to meet monthly targets and annual goals.

Admin Support Responsibilities:

• Handle order processing, purchasing, and invoicing.
• Coordinate with suppliers/couriers on delivery matters and installations.
• Communicate with customers on delivery schedules and update delivery status.
• Generate weekly reports (delivery tracking list) and maintain a record of suppliers.
• Provide general office administrative support (filing, data entry, scanning, ordering office items, etc.).
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business/Information Technology.
• Minimum 1 year of related working experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Independent, resourceful, and a good team player.

· Able to work under pressure, independent with minimal supervision, self-initiative and good communication skills

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and procedures, Government regulations
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate in Chinese language

About The Role:

We are looking for Accounts and Admin Assistant to provide accounts and administrative support to our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Admin & Finance Manager in daily administration work
• Responsible for day-to-day operations, compiling and recording of accounts pertaining to cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivables
• Process payments and documents such as invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, staff reimbursements and reconcile statements
• Maintenance and processing of payments from petty cash accounts
• Preparation of monthly accounts and annual accounts reports
• Maintain filing, scanning and documents tracking
• Assist Technical Manager / Section Manager to issue purchase order for general and electronic components / materials that meet the exacting specifications.
• Schedule, Prepare and Process import/export documentation and related activities.
• Liaising with forwarders and overseas agents with regards to incoming / outgoing shipments.
• Arrange for the courier service pick-up and documents preparations
• Maintain a list of approved contractors and suppliers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma/LCCI in accounting
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Good communication skills
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): English, Chinese (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
