Job Description

• Reporting to the WSH Manager, you will liaise closely with Project Managers on workplace safety, health and environmental issues to maintain a high level of safety at the HDBBTO construction sites.
• Highlight project safety non-conformities to project manager and assist project manager to implement rectification measures;
• Work as project Risk Assessment team leader, ensure all site activities have been conduct risk assessment, and effective safe work procedure has been developed;
• Review safety documents which submitted by sub-contractors or suppliers, ensure adequate safety control measures has been implemented;
• Conduct weekly site inspection and recommend rectification methods;
• Conduct weekly safety coordination meeting to settle site safety matters;
• Conduct toolbox meeting and ensure the permit to work system in place.
• Develop project safety training plan, and conduct regular safety training to worker’s base on site safety conditions;
• Work together with project manager and site manager to implement GGBS program;
• Report on health and safety issues to the Project Manager which includes preparing of incident and loss statistics and monthly summary reports.
• Perform other adhoc tasks as assigned
