Job Description:
• Responsible for the planning and execution of routine/shutdown, preventive maintenance of the plant’s process instrumentation, control value, electrical power/distribution system equipment etc to achieve reliability target. Responsible for Energy saving initiatives
• Responsible for facilities management and supervising maintenance & facility team
• Supervise and ensure E & I works, installation and calibration activities are completed in accordance to the company’s guidelines and environmental, health and safety standards
• Ensure data collection and preparation of all reports for efficiency analysis and maintenance
• Maintain GMP & GDP for specification data sheets, drawings, spare parts, ISO and customer audits
• Provide leadership and guidance to overall management off the manufacturing site’s environment, health and safety compliance that are critical to well-being and protection of employees and contractors
• Responsible for the planning of maintenance & facilities budget
• Manage Site, Regional & Global Projects/Initiatives as assigned
• Any other duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements:
• GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing environment
• Experience in maintenance and facilities management.
• Physical fit
• Detailed oriented and able to perform multi-tasking
• Excellent quality mindset
• Good team player

Showroom Executive / Brand & Customer Experience (Home Appliance)

• Working Days: Mondays to Saturdays 9am to 530pm
  *Off on every Sunday & 2 off days each month
• Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 + Commission
• Working Location: Near to Mattar MRT

Key Roles

1. Advise and handle all enquiries relating to our products.

2. Maintain the showroom in a pristine condition

3. Preparation of Sales document, product deliveries and reports.

4. Support the Customer Care Department in resolving all customer related queries/requests across our available modes of communication

5. Assist Supervisor on any other tasks as instructed

The Executive Sous Chef plays a key role to support the Executive Chef in the smooth coordination and operation of all kitchen sections, including menu planning, food cost management, food safety, hygiene and sanitation as well as training/coaching of Associates. He has to also work closely with Food & Beverage Service and Marketing Department to draw patronage to the Restaurants through food promotion.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Research and prepare, under the supervision of the Executive Chef any new menu offering for the Restaurant, Bar and Banquet operation.
• Check on all the aspects of kitchen operations, making sure that deadlines are met and all the mise-en-place are ready for all the different outlets, menus, banquet, special events and outside catering.
• Ensure quality of ingredients and end products meet the pre-set standards, portion size and presentation
• Organise and maintain strict control of his department and its processes in a way that minimises any over production.
• Provide inputs and assist with the preparation of budget and annual business plan
• Follow up with Stewarding and Housekeeping department to maintain optimum level of cleanliness and sanitation, including pest control.
• Follow up with Engineering department on preventive maintenance, repair and servicing of equipment to ensure functionality.
• Coach Associates to apply proper work practices and insist on excellent personal hygiene and cleanliness in order to achieve maximum performance in this area.
• Conduct on-the-job training as well as any specialised culinary skills training
