Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and updating HR policies and SOPs for the organization
• Coordinating hiring efforts by screening resumes of potential candidates and arranging for interviews with relevant personnel in the organization
• Drafting employment contracts and filing employee records
• Handling work pass applications, renewals, and issuance
• Conducting orientation for new team members
• Conducting offboarding and exit interviews
• Monitoring employee KPIs and facilitating annual performance evaluations
• Ensuring employees adhere to all workplace guidelines provided in the employee handbook
• Spearheading welfare, training and CSR agenda of the organization
• Providing advice and handling employee enquiries on all matters related to payroll, leave, claims, benefits and contracts
• Working closely with the management team to cultivate the company culture and grow the team
• Reporting to superiors, directors and assisting with any other matters required

Skills & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or any related field
• At least 2 years of related experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with MOM regulations, HR practices and Info-Tech System
• Excellent communicator with strong writing and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done
• Attention to detail, good organisational and time-management skills
• High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Job Description

• Demand forecasting: Planning of monthly forecast and stock ordering. Predicting customer buying trends and ensuring that the right products are available in the right quantities at the right time.

• Inventory management: Optimizing inventory levels to minimize storage costs and avoid over stock or out of stock. Monitor stock balances to ensure sufficient fulfilment to the trade channels.

• Transportation planning: Prepare necessary shipping documentations and selecting the most efficient and cost-effective routes for shipping goods.

• Shipping management: Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with suppliers, 3PL & forwarders for shipments to/from overseas.

• Vendor and stakeholder management: Liaising with suppliers, 3PL & internal department stakeholder such as sales and warehouse team to ensure smooth inventory operations.

• Data analysis: Using data to identify trends, track performance, and make informed decisions.

• To maintain hygiene and service standard
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the outlet.
• Lead and motivate staff for excellent service.
• Plan shifts to ensure adequate staffing.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics.
• Responsible for the business and financial success of the outlet operations by applying knowledge in controlling costs and managing the restaurant's budget.
• Maintain records of sales, inventory, reports etc.
• Working on weekend is a must
• Able to handle Non-halal Food and work long hours.
