• Reconcile revenue with cost of sales

Human Resources

- Assist in managing and overseeing full spectrum of HR functions

• Handles Office administration matters
• Manage and handle employee’s records
• Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, and issuance
• Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding
• Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation, and all HR related matters
• Manage leave and attendance records, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance
• Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of external courses, update & maintain training record etc
• Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government related claims, eg. Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
• Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
• Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum diploma in Accountancy
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Good working knowledge in Xero, Infotech and Microsoft Office software
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Meticulous and problem-solving mindset
• Relevant Nitec/Higher Nitec or ITE Diploma qualifications are welcome to apply
• Singaporeans preferred

Job Scope

• Manage transactions with customers’ order using cash registers / Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure stalls comply with all necessary hygiene, health and safety, and licensing requirements.
• Assist in food preparation & daily operations at the back kitchen

Cook food items accurately to specifications.
• Assist in the accomplishment of tasks within the time frame given.
• Ensure mise-en-place are replenished before each meal period.
• Monitor the food par level after each meal period.
• Ensure areas of responsibility are clean, tidy and organized.
• Assist in monthly inventory counts and record food wastages.
• Ensure proper hygiene practices are followed at all times and ensure proper storage methods are followed.
• Assist in daily purchasing and receiving of goods.
• Ensure freshness of ingredients.
• Perform other tasks and duties when assigned to.

• Minimum 1 year of asian, western culinary experience as Kitchen Assistant, Cook, Senior Cook, Chef de Partie position.
• Able to work 6 days work week rotating shift, weekends or public holidays
