Office Manager & IT Support

The Role:

The Office & IT Administrator is integral to ensuring that Fintonia Group’s office operations are efficient, professional, and aligned with our corporate standards. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Office Management

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

The role involves overseeing the planning, implementation, operation, user support, promotion, and governance of IT systems, primarily focusing on applications, business divisions, and company support within the Asia & Oceania region. This includes allocating IT resources such as human resources, costs, and IT products. You will be responsible for:
