1. Management Function

· Supervise the daily operations in the Hostel according to the SOPs.

· Ensure Youth Work Associates (YWAs) and Night Residential Care Worker (NRCW) understanding and alignment of practice with the overall philosophy

· Oversee staff relationship with residents and stakeholders.

· Manage staff morale, motivation and discipline in the department

· Deliver Trauma-informed practices in daily staff and residents interactions/management.

2. Role Function

· Cover the role of the shift staff when necessary

· Effective and fair roster planning to cater to the needs of the daily operations.

· Ensure adherence to the SOPs in the daily operations of the hostel

· Coach YWAs and NRCWs to perform their roles effectively

· Coordinate with other Departments when necessary

· Manage and oversee all documentations required for the department

· Assist HOD in preparation and submission of reports

· Assist HOD in managing crafting/reviewing/amending SOPs as per required

· Oversee all investigation and review investigation process/approach/techniques (Discipline Committee Chair)

· Oversee the all process in hostel

3. Development Function

· Assist HOH/HOD in roles and functions which are assigned.

· Assist HOD in planning the development of the YWA and NRCWs in the department.

· Assist HOD in reviewing current and implementing new process to meet requirements of the Ministry.

· Identify and attend courses/training for personal and professional growth and development.

4. Taskforce Involvement

· Able to represent the department to contribute in inter-department/inter-division taskforces

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team lead to perform checks on regulatory reports and group reports e.g MAS returns
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of regulatory reports submitted to MAS as well as internal reports to Head Office.
• Investigate, remediate and review for potential data quality issues impacting regulatory reporting and participate in projects for report automation.
• Establish effective controls and support improvement initiatives in collaboration with other business/functions teams
• Keep abreast of regulatory changes and Group guidelines.

In this role, you will work with our dynamic AMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa) Team and collaborate closely with our US lab as well as our distributors in the region. You should be able to personally engage customers in a positive and friendly manner to resolve issues and deliver the best possible customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for receiving and responding to all types of communication: phone, email and web inquiries from channel partners, customers (physician offices, laboratories, and hospitals) and patients.

2. Handle a variety of inquiries, including questions about our technology, products and services, status of test results etc.

3. Create content and SOPs for product launch with new clients and train external partners on the operations set-up.

4. Direct enquiries internally to the appropriate departments (e.g. medical, finance, commercial, marketing, etc.)

5. Keeping precise and clear documentation of all communications and follow up activities

6. Follow up with channel partners and other related stakeholders to obtain missing information required to complete the order entry process

7. Send/re-send patient reports as requested by the customers

8. Assist with logistics/operations set-up for our commercial business and clinical trials

9. Order and/ or facilitate the supply of kits and manage replenishment of kit inventory based on demand, for our teams in different markets.

10. Understand accessioning and laboratory operations protocols as set by the lab.

11. Develop process improvements related to case tracking, while keeping focus on both quality and turn-around time (TAT) and flag any delays to respective teams.

12. Establish and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) pertaining to various activities in the workflow.

13. Collaborate with the software team to test enhancements leading to improvements in operational efficiencies

14. Maximize our systems and tools to make the Client Service experience as positive and seamless and as possible.

15. Participate in projects that extend beyond your day to day to stretch to help build a world class Client Service organization.

The Role

The Atrium & Event, Operations Executive will play a vital role in supporting the Atrium team in planning, coordinating, and executing successful atrium events that align with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Event Execution: Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of atrium events, ensuring they run smoothly and according to established plans.
• Team Leadership: Supervise event coordinators and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.

You will work closely with colleagues in EDB (e.g. Industry Groups, Industry Manpower  Division) and officers from other government agencies. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Understanding the energy supply chain and potential disruptions. 

• Developing the energy supply and distribution operational plans and pandemic preparedness plans.
