RESPONSIBILITIES

The Vice President of Brand & Marketing leads the brand marketing for CNBC internationally, ensuring the brand is positioned for growth with our audience and distribution partners across multiple countries and regions. About the Role:

The Communications & Marketing Executive plays a vital role in promoting Practice and its programmes, as well as advocating for the value and importance of Singapore theatre by crafting compelling marketing campaigns and fostering strategic partnerships. Reporting to the managers/lead of the department, you'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve our organisational goals and objectives, ensuring the success of our diverse programmes and initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Assist the team in brainstorming and executing marketing and publicity strategies for sales, ticketing, and promotions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication plans across various communication channels, including direct marketing, digital marketing, advertising, etc.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, preparing reports, and analysing campaign results.
• Assist the team in developing and managing timelines and project plans for various marketing and publicity initiatives. This includes:

1. Setting realistic deadlines for each phase of the project
2. Identifying and managing dependencies between tasks
3. Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed

• Manage social media strategy and content calendar. Work closely with the team to create content, schedule and publish content consistently, track and analyse key metrics to provide feedback, and respond and engage with the online community.
• Develop and foster strategic partnerships with like-minded organisations for increased publicity.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Attend regular meetings and contribute ideas and insights to achieve marketing and sales targets.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics & Sales Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, essential for efficiently managing logistics and supply chain operations. Proficiency in technology and a solid understanding of industry regulations will be key in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant logistics processes.

TALENT PROFILE

· Strong problem-solving, planning, and analytical abilities.

· Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and best practices in logistics and supply chain management is an advantage.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics and inventory management systems or enterprise-wide platforms such as SAP or MS Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Coordinate and liaise with principals, suppliers, customers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.

· Prepare, process, and handle Tradenet permit declarations for the import and export of shipments.

· Oversee and track orders to ensure timely deliveries and monitor inventory levels as directed by management.

· Compile and manage customers’ storage or usage licenses for Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo in accordance with NEA’s requirements.

· Activate Purchase Orders (POs) based on customer requirements, ensuring alignment with inventory levels at the warehouse.

The Food & Beverage Sales & Event Manager is responsible for driving food and beverage sales through the planning and execution of events. The incumbent is key duties include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, coordinating with clients to customize event details, and working with internal teams (culinary and service) to ensure seamless event operations. He/she also manage event budgets, track sales performance, and provide excellent customer service throughout the process. Additionally, the manager is responsible for maintaining relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and staying informed of industry trends to remain competitive.

How does your day look like?

Event Sales & Coordination: 

• Lead the sales efforts for F&B-related events such as corporate functions, and private events.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and customize offerings.

Business Development:

• Develop and implement strategies to grow F&B event sales. Identify potential clients, generate leads, and build strong relationships to drive repeat business.
