• Follow up on behalf of MD for new customers enquiries & follow through on order confirmation
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads as provided by MD
• Handle potential customers' enquiries and gather feedbacks/comments on product samples and direct to relevant departments
• Generate sales report & quotations
• Co-ordinate and handle admin for specific export shipments
• Any other ad-hoc task as assigned by the MD

The Assistant Food and Beverage Sales Manager is responsible for working to achieve the strategic goals of the hotel, specifically in Food and Beverage outlets sales. Sales segments can be sub-categorized into corporate, social events, weddings, conference services and tours / wholesale.
