• Stir fry rice and noodle dishes
• Prepare food items for stir fry
• Handling halal food products

• Perform checks on food products, storage, and processing facilities to ensure quality guideline in the vicinity.
• Conduct daily inspections and implement of the factory's food safety, quality, sanitation, and hygiene in accordance with ISO & HACCP requirement.
• Collaborate with the export coordinator to determine the operational needs for export shipments of the food products

Requirements:

• Diploma in Food Technology or equivalent
• At least 2 years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing sector.
• Familiar with ISO standards for Quality and Food Safety
