Job Description

This position reports to the Manager. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

1. Provide general administrative support for project assigned such as responding to project enquiries, processing of project nominations, etc.
2. Assist supervisor in maintenance of project files in hard and softcopy.
3. Assist supervisor in workshop and award ceremony related administration and / or logistic matters.
4. Support supervisor in any ad-hoc duties pertaining to the project.
